Anyone can comment why got such loss under forest replanting? Without this fair loss, the actual profit is RM68.5 mil, excluding the land disposal gain.

this Tsh has been given over 300,000 acres of forest by Sabah Govt to replant

Biological expense will later reap back in harvest of forested products for it's Ekowood business

Today Tsh chairman bought another 500,000 shares at average price of Rm1.113 sen

total now owned is 324.7 million Tsh shares and yet increasing

Tsh boss bought from Rm1.09 to Rm1.79 ,(why he bought and didn't sell above Rm1.80?) 

he has been holding for decades and he knows Tsh was over Rm4.00 in years 2008 and 2012 when Cpo was below Rm4000 
Now that Cpo is above Rm4000 he knows Tsh should rise higher and that is why he holds on and bought more 

So buying below last bull run peak very safe if one can buy and hold 

Of course for day trader and short term punters that is a different story 

We invest longer term since Tsh is now turning into a debt free entity with the best prospects of high Cpo prices plus it's prized assets in Kutai/Nusantara

After declaring 8 sen dividends Ah Pen still continue to buy. He stands to collect more than RM 26 millions to pay for his purchases. The more he buys the more he earns and the richer he becomes while many ppl can only stand at the sides and look with envy.

see Tsh latest balance sheet

loans Rm500'mil and cash is Rm360 mil

that means after loan minus cash the debt now only Rm140 mil

Now look at Investments

in associate Rm78 mil
in jv with Wilmar Rm112 mil
invested securities Rm55 mil

Total Tsh investment Rm245 mil

So Rm245 mil investments less Rm140 debt

Rm105 Millions surplus

By now in principle lTsh is already debt free

More Cash coming in from Bulugan land sold (Rm238 Millions )
another 10 sen profit just from land sold

So after 1st interim 8 sen dividend there might be more dividend coming

And Tsh will rival Inno as a dividend cash cow

Not all type of trees are the same in economic value, forest replanting enable planters to choose the best and practical trees to produce valuable woods for harvest later.

One off sale of asset.

Same modus operandi employed when calvin was heavily promoting GSB. It was selling a hotel for RM 12 million, and he "cleverly" misled his followers to thinking this was the cheapest stock in town with very low PE. It was one-off and alas, a lousy business remains lousy throughout his promotion.
Then he promoted NETX, the best stock in the Malaysian market which will benefit hugely from NFC projects. Alas it was just his promotion but turned out all to be BIG FAT LIES or perhaps, his CASTLES IN THE AIR. As expected, he was proven very wrong and misled many of his followers into losses. Of course, if you were to believe him, he lost 8 houses. :-)
