The cost of fertilizer went up more than 200%, while the cost for cpo only went up <than 100%? What kind of formula is this ?
Those i met before whom are developing the port in kalimantan has said, the time to fully develop the area take few decades. Can u wait?
And, did u ever go down to c the land there ? Did u know who is the biggest land owner over there. And why should they buy from u?

The thing look good outside, but doesnt sound great when u look into it.

When the wine is ripe, open it, may be, few decades after that.
Look at mly, about 30 years prime time ? How long can indon shine. Plus, most investors are pouring money into jakarta but not kalimantan.
Dividend is just a tool. It doesnt change the futures.

Kalimantan has no electricity that they have to buy from sarawak. The contract is sign and they are waiting.
As i know , Sarawak electricity company is having big hard time to build another dam, all togather 3 dams. Do u kow long it take to build a dam, the electric gen, the high tension cable and etc?
Is the land owned by TSH included in Indon development plan?
Or it just located beside the plan?
And do they have the permision to develop it into residential area?
The infra constructions and migration of workers take years.
When it can benefit TSH , i guess it may take 5-10 years time.
With all the luck, TSH is a long term counter.
So , there is no hurry to go in, nor to get out.
The price is adjusted by IB afterall.
Whether they want to share the profit with you ppl or reinvest is another story.

listen very carefully

The British looked down on invading Japanese army as inferior during 2WW and was beaten badly

Malaysia looked down on China gloves as inferior now suffers from fierce price war and huge losses

if Malaysia with small population can build Putrajaya why can't Indonesia with 280 MILLION PEOPLE build their Nusantara

Yes they can develop kalimantan but over how long ? 10-20 years? May be yes, may be no. When the time come, ppl are moving away from them .

Posted by SEERESEARCH2023 > 2023-01-25 21:40 | Report Abuse

And i am sure definitely they wont move their productions line from point A to point B after spending billions. Your calling is as if u can sponsor?

Hahaha

What a silly question?

After Nusantara is developed people moving away ?

Ask yourself these questions

After Singapore is developed people move where?

Or after Putrajaya is developed people move where ?

And after Shenzhen is developed people move where?

Also after Tokyo, London and New York and Kuala Lumpur are developed must people then move away???

Posted by SEERESEARCH2023 > 2023-01-26 00:13 | Report Abuse

Yup, finally i hear ur answer to the question that u try to avoid, once developed, why move away from jakarta ?

Question like this as well

Why move Govt Admin from Kl to Putrajaya since Kl was developed long ago?

Also why move USA Govt Admin to Washington after all New York so well developed ?

Also why built Beijing when Nanking was long time capital of China ?

Happy morning to all at Tsh Resources

they said

"Great minds talk ideas

Good minds talk events

Weak minds talk people "

We should seek out great minds to learn to improve everyday

and flee from weak minds unless we can do something to help them. Or else just leave them to their own devices

Tsh is a company surrounded and supported by these entities

6. Savvy Banker Teh Hong Piow has invested 3 Public Mutual Funds in Top 30 of Tsh

7. JP Morgan has chosen Tsh and Taann out of 42 palm oil co for Malaysia Msci (they did not choose Klk or Uplant)

8. Finally Tsh own Directors have bought up Chunks of Tsh shares with their own hard earned monies

More info

refer to Bursa webpage

1. Tsh managed to sell 2 palm oil estates last year for about Rm1 Billions in Cash

And finally after many years Tsh has finally paid off all bank loans

Over 150,000 acres of palm oil estates are now totally debt free plus Tsh has a Cash surplus of Rm98 Millions (est)

2. As a result Tsh is able to increase its dividend payout last year to 11 sen or more than 10% dividend

2. Forestry
3. Ekowood
4. Bio electricity
5. Palm oil planting
6. Palm oil milling
7 Refinery
8. Investment in Inno
9. Land banking

9 business in One Company

so Tsh has multiple streams of income

A palm oil company after paying off it's high initial borrowings will turn into a Cash rich entity

And payment of good dividend years will commence

Inno with zero debt as it's land were loaned from Sabah Govt has no debt and no assets as well

therefore Inno could pay out all it's earnings as duvidends

Whereas Tsh has lots of lands purchased by borrowings

it has to service bank loans for over a decade and finally all fully paid off

Tsh now owns lands bought long ago in chun Chun places like Nusantara all 94700 acres at only Rm5000 per acre

these will now see lots of price appreciation

Since Tsh is debt free like Inno it can now follow Inno's example in paying out good dividends as well

Fong Siling bought Inno for it's good dividends

After Jaya Tiasa gave 2.8 sen dividend after a long spell Fong Siling aka Cold Eye bought 5 million shares of Tsh to be it's Top 17 share holders

Dividend cannot lie

Tsh at Rm1.09 gave 11 sen dividend is more than 10% dividend

A healthy tree bears fruit

so only a healthy co can give consistently good dividends

Bplant, Taann, Fgv, Hs plant and others are all giving out very good dividends as well

All palm oil companies experienced this

When Cpo was Rm2200 per ton in 2019 cost of Cpo production was Rm1400

profit of Rm800 only enough to pay bank loan and overheads leaving little as dividends

now that Cpo has risen to Rm3600 to Rm4200'range and cost of cpo production gone up to Rm2000 the profit has doubled to Rm1600 or more

lots of Fcf (free cash flow )
to pay good dividends

and all these also increase their dividend payouts like Simeplant, ioi corp, Sop, Jtiasa, Thplant, Innoplant, Swkplant and others

sign of abundant real profits

https://www.iea.org/reports/is-the-biofuel-industry-approaching-a-feedstock-crunch

Biodiesel, renewable diesel and biojet fuel producers are headed for a feedstock supply crunch during 2022-2027 if current trends do not change. In our main case, demand for vegetable oil, waste and residue oils and fats increases 56% to 79 million tonnes over the forecast period.

Fuels made from wastes and residues are in particularly high demand because they satisfy GHG and feedstock policy objectives in the United States and Europe. In fact, wastes and residues are expected to be used for 13% of biofuel production in 2027, up from 9% in 2021.

However, demand is approaching the supply limits of the most-used wastes and residues. Nevertheless, markets are dynamic.

"High prices " are a signal to seek out new supplies,

which is prompting the development of government programmes and industry innovation to help avoid the crunch.

VERDICT:
High prices of feedstock like palmoil is needed.

TSH is now net cash.
With sustaining high vege oil price in future, TSH is now generating 100 mil positive cash flow per qtr.
able to set aside 2 to 3 sen dividend(30 to 40 mil cash) per qtr.
1 yr is 8 to 12 sen dividend translating to 7.5 to 11 % dividend yield at current price.
Not much down side.
Even at rm2 still got 3.7 to 5.5% yield.

Tin model

The main global pricing mechanism for palm oil now is the Bursa Malaysia Derivatives, an exchange located in Malaysia, the second-largest supplier of the tropical oil. Palm oil products are listed on two exchanges in Indonesia, the Indonesia Commodity and Derivatives Exchange and Jakarta Futures Exchange.

Indonesia’s plan for palm oil pricing echoes an earlier one for tin, of which the country is also a leading global supplier. The government requires all tin exports to be traded first on the ICDX, a rule imposed to create a “reasonable” price and support a push for shipments of more processed products.

The regulatory agency is planning to use tin as a model for palm, with modifications, and will seek the opinions of stakeholders including the agriculture ministry, the industry ministry and industry associations.

Tin price went from 17k to 31k since Indonesia new Tin policy.
