JPMorgan Chase: It is recommended to sell US stocks and increase its holdings of commodities, the analyst team led by Marko Kolanovic, chief global market strategist at JPMorgan Chase, released a report saying that the latest US stock market The round of rebound is coming to an end, now it is recommended to sell US stocks and take profits. The team said that all the positive catalysts for the rise of U.S. stocks have been released, but the Federal Reserve and U.S. companies may still throw several "potential bombs" in the future. The team still recommends overweighting commodities, especially energy commodities

Goldman Sachs is bullish on the outlook for global commodities.CREDIT:AP

Currie sees parallels with the record run-up in commodities prices from 2007 to 2008. The only exception, he said, is European natural gas, where inventories look sufficient to get through this year.

Goldman raised its price forecasts for aluminium on Sunday, saying higher demand in Europe and China could lead to supply shortages. The bank predicted a multiyear commodities supercycle in late 2020 as years of under-investment prevent supply from keeping pace with demand.

Yet oil has had a rocky start to 2023, capped by fears over a potential recession in the US and China’s shaky progress in reopening its economy from COVID-related lockdowns. Traders are also tracking the impact of sanctions on Russian oil and product flows. Brent crude futures traded near $US84 a barrel in London.

‘You cannot come up with a more bullish concoction for commodities.’

I am also wondering if the substantial shareholders continue to sell heavily without the other one continue to buy the share should have dropped more instead of one or two Sen only. Are they having some kind of consensus between themselves?

in just few months made 66% when Klk took Ijmplant private at Rm3.10

do not be surprised some palm oil co shares will be taken private at good offers

like Kulim (Rm4.10)

let's do our sums

Now that final Rm238 millions cash in Tsh account it is a debt free cash rich entity

current Ffb per month is 70000 to 72000 metric tonnes

annualised it will be about 800,000 tonnes of Ffb

average profit of Rm200 per ton will be Rm160 million profit a year

if Ffb profit is rm300 a ton then then profit will be Rm240 millions per year

this is about 16 sen profit per share year profit

at Rm1.07 with expected 16 sen net profit it translates to 15%

that is not counting land price rise in Nusantara

Since Tsh is cash rich debt free if Tsh just implent a dividend policy of 60% like Bplant and hs plant it will be 9 sen

about 8.5% dividend yield or higher

Now Rm,238 millions cash from assets sold will turn debt into net profit Rm98 millions with a clean start for year 2023

from now every fresh profit will result in high cash inflow

Tsh is morphing into a high dividend paying share like Innoplant

First interim dividend is 8 sen

TSH is reaping positive 100 mil cash inflow every qtr from normal operation.
1 year 400 mill cash inflow. Even without land disposal. TSH can pay off 1 billion debt in 2 to 3 years time.
Profit or loss can be non cash item affecting.
Making loss still got a lot of cash can give dividend.
Making profit can be out of cash and never give dividend.
If a company got very strong positive cash flow but profit is lacklustre then is golden time to buy when ignorant are throwing.

it has been pared down substantially

at the bottom line

debt whilttled to only Rm140 mil

now Tsh received Rm238 millions cash from final payment so there is NOT MORE DEBT

IT IS NOW CASH RICH WITH RM98 MILLIONS CASH

My first post on TSH was highlighting the one off gain in the latest quarter results and how without this one off non recurring income, the company actually reported an operating loss.

The company has used this opportunity to write off losses, charges and impairments.

Yes, the next and subsequent quarterly accounts may look beautiful. However, be aware, its true accounts are not truly so transparent.

Of course, the hero of Netx, calvintaneng cannot be trusted to tell the truth, even given the facts. This should be obvious for those who had observed his mania in the Netx forum from 2019 to 2021.

The i3 forum is littered with so many of the hero of Netx, calvintaneng's promotions. Alas, a deeper look below the superficials, revealed a troubled being indeed. The hero of Netx, calvintaneng is a person who doesn't know that he doesn't know.
