later on Friday 29 Oct budget government announce listed company are allowed to be given extension 3 - 6 month submission of Annual Report of Financial report.

SCIB use it on their appeal and Bursa have to approve it as it is directive from Government.

hahahahah everybody later caput buying back.

Suspension is confirm already one whether bursa will approve the extension of submitting the report. Bursa also approved serbadk report by one month but still the suspension until further notice is ongoing.

Like i tell u. Scib, Serbadk, kpower doesn't matter whether the report is audited or not. These 3 ships are chain together by Karim already. One ship caught fire. The rest can't escape too.

Genuine ppl investors need to wait pass 1st November before jump in to buy SCIB shares to prevent the SCIB counter suspension after 1st November if it fails to produce the yearly report to Bursa..

SCIB changed the financial year end of the Company from 31/12/2020 to 30/6/2021.

And reason they gave was due to continuing extension of the MCO in Malaysia and lockdowns in countries in which the Group operate, which hampered the ability to finalise the Group's financial statements (FS); expansion of Group's operations in new countries further add to more time required to finalise FS; and to facilitate better audit planning and allocation of resources to avoid the peak financial reporting period.

That was in May 2021. Now, 5 months later, the report is still not ready. Add to this the not so strong quarterly figures and private placements, and what's happening over in SD, investors prefer to stay by the sidelines till there is a clearer picture
