This will be mid term suspension. If no further account release will be long term suspension. Will be like Sdn Bhd where investors can not trade in Bursa listing. Scary. Those who hold shares need to hope the suspension is lifted otherwise unable to trade freely.

Here we would like to THANKS all our Bro and Sis who have worked hard to save our comrades from being con by SCIB. Many ESCAPED with some loss, but at least still ALIVE. Nothing much to worry about SCIB compared to SD. Although both counters are being suspended and have connected shareholders, the underlining issues are totally different.
SCIB failed to produced it's annual audited account on time due to unexpected or unplanned change of it's auditor, an reasonable and fair excuse.

only 2 big risk for scib. first is will able to come out with an AR? secondly they cannot do any cash call when suspended thus will affect their cash flow.

Scib will not publish the AR to jeopardise its mother ie serba for a simple reason that what is exposed in the AR of scib ( contracts awarded by dodgy com) will reflect the same in Serba...
