Hi Rose.
I too am not sure what to really make of it. But it looks like Dato' Dr. Ir. Ts. Mohd Abdul Karim intends to either acquire more or dispose of his shares in SCIB before the next quarterly results are announced. I'm only guessing.
As he is the prime mover in SCIB, I hope that he is going to take a bigger stake in the company.
Maybe someone like Ms Ally Yee or someone with her knowledge, can enlighten the rest of us.

Dealing in closed period normally sell,he disclosed once in aug and sold 2mil shares around $3.6 in sep,lucky 2 mil shares no big deal.He did not buy a single share since last year sep except pp at discounted price $1.82

I still prefer Scib over Kpower now due to coming Bonus issue 3:1 n 2 Warrants
After that may switch over to K power as they may also declare bonus issue to increase market capitalisation

Whereby KPower will get 1 1
That why SCIB will be a better chance to made money
Futhermore, Datuk Karim aim to increase the market capitalisation to 1 Billion in next 2 yrs
Hinting Scib shares is worth about 1.50 after bonus issue with warrant
Worth to collect now and keep for 2 years with return of about 60% for 2 yrs
Much better than bank FD rate of 1.88% now

I think this time karim will dispose more than 6 mil shares which he bought at 1.82(hopes im wrong),he needs to get some cash to top up serba disposed by awang,awang disposed more than 200mil shares from late may still 70mil shares on hand,karim keep on buying from open market n DBT.Most of his purchased r higher than yesterday's closing price.I dont think he is intends to close the % interest gap between Kpower,he is selling "in" closed period means he needs the money urgent,otherwise he could sell at 4.98(claims by someone haha) pre Q3 only 3 weeks away,why not wait 3 weeks to close the interest gap?
