why need fixed the price?
if first day 2.00,second day 1.95,third day 1.90,fourth day 1.85,fifth day 1.80,the board of director can use this reason "because price is not fixed,so we cancel PP" to prohibit issue cheap share?haha.
so,the lower the price,the cheaper they get.
