I'm not sure why ppl keep selling today, may be they've more info than me. However, they're overreact if they disposed their share just because of PP. Pls take note that Gadang got PP in 2014 too and pls check the current share price compare to 2014.

In my humble view, if PP is priced at RM 1.88/share, traders my view the company worth only RM 1.88/share, thus throw the shares, or it might be purposely pushed down by big shark taking this as opportunity. Recently Tekseng has similar case. PP was priced at RM 1.06/share, and share price dropped from RM 1.20 to RM 1.06 in about 2 weeks time.

if the investors of private placement willing to pay 188. do you think they value Gadang at 188? They dun want profit arr? private placement can be deferred or cancelled if the share price not reflecting the true worth of the company. I believed there will be an agreed price on the deal and the operator is trying to manipulate the price to such level that both party agreed. Just dunno how much is the price agreed.

Tksw, no operator involve la.. Retailers who are non educated on this must have thought that the share price will drop to 1.88, so sell la. In actual fact, the placement price could even be higher as it will only be determined or price fixed at a later date once you get investors in vide a book building. Company of this size will issue to institutions and not retailers... U think XOX meh..

Hng33 sifu sekali masuk rm1mil. Up 3 bps also he fatt tatt loh..just like sifu funitec say, our ultimate aim is to make money...traders in out everyday. Investors keep for months and years. As long as we get there eventually.

Same like travelling...to get to klang, some ppl prefer to use federal highway. Some people prefer to use nkve..important thing is we stay focus towards our final destination of making money.
