if MBSB merge with RHB& CIMB, than only left with RCEcap as the sole money lending company in klse, will this attract interest in rcecap? if interest is gtg up on 1Q2015 as speculated , will it be a positive catalyst?
not sure about the impact to the company, prehaps any1 can enlighten us how this will affect the company. so far RCEcAp are doing share buy back in a very regular basis... en route for privatization?

why some 1 want to convert the share rcecap -pa to rce cap at loss? the company will buy @ 0.38. why this person want to convert @0.31 at very last minute?
Some remiser also couldn't understand. My remiser asked me to sign a firm and pay RM20. I told him this is not right since redemption is FO but converting cost RM20. Then, only he admitted he make a mistake. So, probably this guy who convert also out of ignorant.
RCE Capital Bhd (fundamental:1.4; valuation:1.8) saw 55.15 million shares, representing 4.41% stake in the company, crossed off-market at 32 sen apiece today.
The transactions were done in two blocks: one block of 42 million shares at RM13.44 million, and a second block of 13.15 million shares for RM4.21 million.
RCE is principally involved in the provision of general loan financing services.
As at July 31 last year, its substantial shareholders were Cempaka Empayar Sdn Bhd with 44.78%, and Aras Kreatif Sdn Bhd held 8.58%.
Its shares gained 1.5 sen or 4.84% to close at 32.5 sen, giving it a market capitalisation of RM396.98 million.
