Why I said 10 is fair value? The reason is very simple. Even Mr Samuel Lim also mentioned they expect slow down in business and they reduce investment and turn it to more dividend. When there is no growth in revenue, how much net profit do u expect by just upgrade to smart factory? Do u still think KESM deserve to have PE 18 - 20? Some ppl just like to copy paste link. Even the trend changed ald they still didn’t realise it. They are ego, When there is a comment against them, they will feel others are stupid. Okay, Hstha, now is your turn to explain why TP at 22 by the end of 2018. We are all waiting.. hehe.

Your thinking is very naive. Kesm's net profit satyed flat for one year, but during that time vehicle electrification progressed rapidly, so it is not surprising that Kesm's net profit will surge abruptly with enough wafer supply. Dufu's net profit stayed flat in FY2017, but in Q2 in FY2018 its net profit surged.
