The thing is, the more price goes down, the more this syndicate can collect. It happened before when price was plunging and days after, why would they support now. Even no clues were given in their UMA reply. They are not in a rush. You are lucky if you can join them just before the push.

Of course, operator also wants to sell his collections at a higher price. He will do it at the most opportune times, either followed by positive news flow, improved mkt sentiments or when selling dries up(technical rebound).

If vol is something to go by, this could mean operator has given up churning down at the moment. Let's observe in the next few days what operator is up to.

No..what I meant was, the way I understand it, they are opening possibilities for the contract to be denied.

"is still in the midst of finalising the contract documents and the decision of the said contract is expected to be announced by next week."

They didn't use phrases which could indicate only yes for example, "the final amount/value" for the contract will be decided, instead they use 'the decision'.
