Have good short term prospect.
The operator is pushing down to buy at a cheaper price. By doing this of course he will lose money or will run out of money eventually if investors are still buying.
Eventually price will appreciate.

Hmm, 11 mill new shares, still the new NOSH is 317 million only. Today's traded volume is already 80.3 mill. I don't think it will affect that much. They can probably go for another rights issue if they want to raise fund I think, assuming 100% subscription, then the theoritical nosh will be 634 mill.

The dilution is not as bad as you made it seemed to be lah. For example, if yesterday you own 10k shares out of 306 million shares, then after esos will be 10k out of 317 mill.

Put it into simpler term.... he decides the market price movement. Just like if you play poker with only RM20 vs one player with RM2million. There is no way u can beat him. But the fact that he wants to control the market means he will be bidding his time to make money. Just keep for 18 months lah.
