Assuming RM11 per 250g (1 pack weight) works out to 16mil packs sold per month (Revenue of RM176mil per month). For Lay Hong's 49% interest would be RM86mil revenue per month (3% profit margin) would be RM2.6mil/month (RM7.8mil per financial quarter) additional JV profit......

Per pack is 800g as per the Nutriplus tempura and nuggets packaging in the market. They are selling for around RM14.

Per pack of Nippon Nutriplus is 250 - 300g per pack, retail price RM11- RM13.

Nutriplus Tempura and Nuggets are existing products not produced by the JV.

No RI coming. All short term borrowings are Bankers acceptance that is use to finance trade receivables and inventories. This is very normal in poultry industry, it is a sign that the poultry companies are doing more sales.

Once the company receive cash from trade receivables in 90 days, it will be used to pay back the Bankers acceptance. New inventory purchased will use Bankers acceptance.

This was informed during the AGM.

I am a businessman that understand poultry industry very well.

All businessman know that poultry company will have record profit this year.

Especially Lay Hong because of enormous JV profit next 4-8 quarters.

Teoseng is another good company that will have good profits.

Operator wanted you to sell so that they can accumulate at lower price. After frustrsted the short-term retailers (sideways for so long) they may sell the stocks. Once you sold, they will let it go up and up and those sold off their shares will get even more fustrated
