有一只股，
将会在美国升息后，会大量买入。（会处于rm1.00 以下到时）
等到市场调整后，我才会入场。
您不需用太多本钱（来买入rm4-rm5多的股，因为upside已不高了）

我买股目的为了供/付完放贷。

Harbour的eps已经到了顶。除了property之外,载油的行业已经完蛋。Bintulu是港口出名进出油,现在有价低,没有人要收油了。oil storage business完蛋。samalaju 的工程已经七七八八。transport of heavy machine and rental industry也会减少。加上上一年的六月quarter已经很好,没有进步空间。除非phase1 property这个quarter recognise, 没有的话不可能进步。你还叫人买?研究清楚了吗?

Joel. History tells us that Mr Market is rather irrational. Market is either end at the stage of euphoria or depression. It's very hard to maintain a balance. To make more money in the market, we don't have to follow herd mentality.

SAM dividend yield 7%, harbour dividend yield 1.08%. EPS harbour drop soon while SAM increase soon. SAM earning USD while harbour earning ringgit. Haha see which share better.

I was advised not to touch commodity shares. The global export growth is falling, as such the demand for commodities will also fall. Manufacturing companies will also be affected.
