Calvin called for a sell on Prestar

Last time Prestar was 46 sen i issued buy call. Then Prestar up 200% to over Rm1.45 and i also told all not to chase.

Now Prestar already fallen back down to 86.5 sen

PRESTAR WILL CONTINUE TO FALL FOR THESE REASONS:

1. PRESTAR IS A CYCLICAL STOCK. IT WENT UP TO CROSS RM1.00 IN YEARS 2006 TO 2008 DURING 9MP. AFTER THAT IT CRASHED TO ABOUT 40 SEN

2. NOW GOVT IS CURBING HIGHWAY PROJECTS AND ALSO BUILDING PROJECTS.
SO PRESTAR GUARD RAILS AND WHEEL BARROW SALES WILL BE HIT.

3. PRESTAR INSIDERS HAVE STOPPED BUYING AND STARTED SELLING.
ONLY SBB(SHARE BUY BACK) FOR FAKE SUPPORT

4. USA RAISING TARIFF AGAINST STEEL IMPORT WILL HIT KOREA AS TOP NO. 3 EXPORTER OF STEEL TO USA.
PRESTAR'S INVESTMENT IN KOREA POSCO WILL ALSO BE IMPACTED

WITH SO MANY ILL FACTORS COMING PRESTAR'S WAY YOU BETTER SELL FAST.

ANY REBOUND IS AN OPPORTUNITY TO SELL AND GET OUT FAST

If prestar really conquer 50% of guardrail market..they got huge advantage of the upcoming project.They are 2000km of pan borneo,600km of ecrl, and the new 150km LPT3 for its guardrail prospect.
