For FLB he did not serve the notice at all . Noted that at the date of the Annual Report, which is somewhere around March 2016, his total interestinshares has reached 6% 。 In the notice, he put the date at 11 April. 016. kakaka, nanti kena olang complain again.

7 days to notify the company secretary ler, then Company secretary notify within T+4 if not mistaken.

To my knowledge, Mr koon has never disclose buy or sell after he becomes substantial holder. Not for Vs, not for latitude, not for liihen and not for Flbhd.

main of TAAN is not going to the US, more to asia, I like Taan is they have both timber (timber price now up) and oil palm (palm oil price will up), FLB and TAAN good..

TAAN is bigger cap stock, FLB is smaller cap stock, TAAN will be able to hold up better than FLB in case there is some one manipulating FLB, but both FLB and TAAN are good

My suggestion to those newbie please buy flbhd now or when it drop and dont hold too long just sell when got profit . Dont be greedy . Cos too many shares been pledge and more buying using loan or margin .mind you the price floor will be obvious later. share on margin will rarely go or cant afford downtrend . The uptrend is a set up to lure in TA newbie .. Watch out ..take profit

FLB has net cash RM74m. EPS 30c. PE 7x and much lower <5x ex-cash.
Export > 90% to US. The revenue and profit has improved from 2014 to 2015. No forex gain mentioned.

careful with Favco...order backlog is decreasing..though its a fundamental stock.
Even if it maintains the last earnings...if backlog shrinks one more time..it will be devastating to the Price.
