Its not impossible for flbhd to keep giving out 10million dividend every year. Since they have plenty of real cash flow with minimal capex.. why not?

20 cent dividend is not too much to ask for. if they earn RM8m x 4 = 32million per year and pay 20million for dividend is only 62.5% payout ratio

or 2nd senario... taking into account 50% payout ratio
assuming they earn RM8m x 4 = 32million
they can declare 8 cent dividend twice per year = 0.16 cent
0.16/ 2.32 (current price) = 6.9% dividend yield

yup..not too much to ask for....but if their payout reaches that level...price will fly sky high....he he...I doubt such generous management.

however take note...their Depreciation is rather high and to me its not justified...if you actually take that into consideration...your expectation seems more plausible.

I am way senior than u in age....i am used to corporate working culture...where my 'demand' is too normal from my perspective to have a feel on the credibility of the information we receive....so my reactions were just a precautionary measures...further we have quite an age gap...to understand each other...he he..
