Just having a purview of the information as appended will tell you at the present market price the stock is already grossly overpriced.Why buy just because of the big announcement made regarding the megaproject in P.Langkawi. Most bursa listed construction company (IJM, Ekovest, Gadang, WCT, Muhibah, GKent) are all priced below its NTA. WIDAD is way too high from its NTA of 0.07. Thus fair price is at 0.05.

1. First let us look quickly at the financial fundamental of Widad. Earning per share (EPS) = 0.15 cents; Price/Earnings(PE) Ratio = 336; Dividends = ZERO since year 2011. Net tangible asset(NTA) = 0.07. In short this company has poor performance year in year out.
With such dire financials how to embark on the multi-billion development project? What sterling track records they have in the past in managing such large scale development? As an investor will you buy the stock which at the present price is evidently grossly overvalued(PE at 336)! Don't talk of price going up to 0.675 when the stock is sorely lacking on fundamentals.
2.I will stand a better chance not to lose out on my investment if I use the money to buy and collect other shares like Mflour,Steel,Alcom and a number of others with some district fundamentals to vouch for.

gcke... pls check back Widad just form last 2 year under Widad name previously is another company.. by the financial statements the previous company is bad .. t but the last 2 year you can see the progress in this company. that my 5 cent point of view
