i do believe steel price hikes will not prolonged cause industry will correct as it depends on demand/supply chain. once hits my TP will sold. for sendai sure will re-enter if Sendai <1.0 after pp.

Again i would put money is less risk place. I like sendai for its 2b orderbook and its track record. But same time it hve high doubtful debts on receivables up to 49m in FY16, a 10.5x from FY15. Its debt still high at 1.08x and current receivable and work amount done stay at 1.6b.

If hve option to use bridge for crossing, why need to swim across river with crocodile around, wait to eat ur money.

yewyin33 Below is the email from Maybank broker Mr Soo Wing Hoe to confirm the trading of my nominee Yap Sung Pang who is my nephew, on 30 Aug 2017. Yap bought a total of 1,272,000 Jaks shares out of 1,480,000 shares traded the whole day.

Many uninformed and weak holders dumped their holdings as soon as they saw Jaks'poor 2nd Q result. They cannot see that JAKS will have to report the Rm 140 million from land sale and more profit from its power plant contract to generate electricity to sell to the Vietnamese Government for 25 years in the next 1 or 2 quarters.

The profit growth prospect is the most powerful catalyst to move share price. Smart investors will buy before the announcement of good profit and stupid idiots will sell before the announcement.

I hope more weak holders will continue to sell so that I can buy some more at cheaper prices.

Even if the email is true selling 60k is insignificant , it is like trading in short term and holding millions of shares for Long term
