klsenoob....pardon me..bonus isssue does not dilute his controlling shares since he will be getting the bonus shares as well; thus by his controlling stake remains status quo. If he disagree; there might be some other reasons. I did mention possibility of bonus issue or bonus warrant.

klsenoob...maybe he is more concern about dillution of eps. but bonus warrant should eradicate this concern due to staggered conversion of warrant to mother shares which can be control by the tenets of the warrant issuance

looks like a bull trap to me, mainboard already confirmed by bursa so already factored in, nothing much to expect beside the date to go mainboard.
for fund managers involvement, there are already a few holding inari now.
such as:
Lion Global Investors Limited, 6.9mil shares
Manulife Asset Management,3.8mil shares
Eastspring investment berhad, 3.2mil shares
EPF Malaysia, 2.38mil shares

you may expect more funds to buy inari once it moved to mainboard but the effect is not that significant anymore, those who interested already bought in such as those listed above.

if you plan to go in, i would suggest next week after dividend paid out, the dividend is so puny considering today's share price of 2.78, no need put into consideration in your buying decision. and dont forget world cup month is coming, there maybe chance during then.

for those who expecting bonus issue bonus this and that, dont think it will happen.

Fund will buy only when it drop to 2.6x they will stop buying when 2.8x. This situation repeated for months already. Fund interested to buy meaning this stock will grow in future but not in short term.
