impairment only done when the value of asset in balance sheet is overprice than the market value

lets say if your personal NTA is 0.5m includes your 2 cars honda and kia 100k and 50k respectively, where actual value for the financial year actually 80k and 30k, your need to impair both on your bal sheet

does it affect your cash flow? no
will it incur expense? no

the main issue is the debt, as long as cash flow is good, debt can pay, business is doing well and potential is clear.. this is key consideration

good - increase cash flow, lower maint cost, pay off debt
