PETALING JAYA: Interstate travel nationwide will resume starting Monday (Oct 11), says Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob.
The Prime Minister said this during a special address at 3pm on Sunday (Oct 10).

"With the achievement of almost 90% of the population being fully vaccinated, therefore I would like to announce that interstate travel will be allowed. This will begin on Monday (Oct 11).
“Interstate travel is only allowed for those who are fully vaccinated.
“The lifting of the prohibition on interstate travel does not apply for visits to localities placed under enhanced movement control order," he added.
Ismail Sabri also said fully vaccinated Malaysians can travel abroad without MyTravelPass effective Monday (Oct 11)...

Armada not depend on Petronas tender. Check the past history how many times Armada bid for Petronas tender. If they get Limbayong contract then consider another additional bonus point for us if not... no worries cool chill

The major steps taken by management to sell off the money loosing OSVs, paring down the debt with the positive operating results and plenty of operating cash flow and steady FPSOs are running assuring. The interest and depreciations are reduced by RM 55- 60 M and 25 million respectively each year. It means profit before tax is potentially increasing by RM 75-80 Million pre year before any new growth of business. Armada has the potential of a multi bagger with its current low PE of about 5.44 plus the O&G sector is back to limelight due to world shortage of oil and gas , hence it is different from last year whereby Armada failed to break through the 50 cents barrier, I guess. In my opinion I think Joe Biden to blame beside opec+ refused to increase output. During the presidential running he (Joe Biden) firmly promised for green energy transaction but seems his vision failed. This give tremendous impact to USA shale producers. Now world facing energy crisis, shortage of crude oil and coal. Whatsoever winter is approaching fast in other side. Who is the rescuer.....fossil fuel.

Armada registered 2Q21 core earnings of RM210m (+42.0% QoQ, +77.0% YoY). The result was above expectations, constituting 75% of our and consensus’ forecast due to better-than-expected performance from its FPSO segment and higher vessel availability. Earnings Trend: ARMADA has become profitable over the past 5 years, growing earnings by 30.3% per year.

For those who don't know, ROCE is a measure of a company's yearly pre-tax profit (its return), relative to the capital employed in the business. A higher ROCE shows a higher percentage of the company's value can ultimately be returned as profit to stockholders. Analysts use this formula to calculate it for Bumi Armada Berhad:

Return on Capital Employed = Earnings Before Interest and Tax (EBIT) ÷ (Total Assets - Current Liabilities)

0.087 = RM945m ÷ (RM13b - RM1.8b) (Based on the trailing twelve months to June 2021).

Therefore, Bumi Armada Berhad has an ROCE of 8.7%. This is higher than Malaysian Energy Services industry average of 8.0% and also about 3 X higher than Malaysian Interest Rates.

ARMADA is good value based on its PE Ratio (5.4x) compared to the MY Energy Services industry average (15.2x). Currently Armada is Undervalued compared to fair value.

@Goldberg, Armada and SIP are not the JV partners in the bid. SIP is on its own, Armada is with MTC and Shapoorji. Plus, the tender has been further postponed.
