Bumi Armada and Navigator Gas anticipate entering into definitive documentation for the Bluestreak CO2 joint venture by the end of the fourth quarter of 2024. The joint venture is subject to the execution of such definitive documentation, approvals by the respective boards of directors of Bumi Armada and Navigator Gas, applicable regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.
Misc and Armada. It reminds me of Sapura merging with Kencana a few years ago. Also long wait for decision. And then successful merger. Where are they now, by the way ? Sapura at 3.5 sens, down 99%. Hope enough of time for us to dispose of the shares.
Official award is not happening by the end of this year, merely a formalization of the Bluestreak CO2 JV. The official award is still a good 12 - 24 months away, maybe even longer or never at all. This MOU is extremely preliminary.
Just my opinion about the whole project. Moving the CO2 from sky to underground does not change much. It is still CO2 and will reman such for millions of years. Sooner or later it will get out. So there is no point doing it. Bumi Armada is barely capable of delivering one simple FPSO over years. No way they can successfully deliver a complicated and innovative project. Greedy Gary is not taking new projecs anyway. He turned down Camaia, Caspian Sea and other, sticking to visions and general woke declarations.
GANAPATHY SRIHARI RAMA IYER is directly involved in the Bluestreak CO2 venture. He is Ananda's right hand man, directly from Usaha Tegas. Unsure if he is under Bumi Armada's payroll.
Though I have disposed much of Armada shares and left with about 30 % from the peak holding, I feel pathetic for its poor price performance lately. Is the market so lack of confidence in Armada business and indirectly reflecting its no growth in its FPSO new business. The major shareholder needs to shake up the board and consider getting rid of its MD.
Malaysia’s Bumi Armada has started the tender process for a marine 3D seismic survey on its Akia working area offshore North Kalimantan, Indonesia, where it has hopes for a fast-track development.
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....

Ambank downgrades to RM0.60. Very odd update given that there's no update or changes to fundamentals.
