Saudi Arabia will not have additional capacity to increase production above the 13 million bpd it has pledged to have by 2027, Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman said last week.

Referring to oil supply to global markets, the Crown Prince said that “The Kingdom will do its part in this regard, as it announced an increase in its production capacity to 13 million barrels per day, after which the Kingdom will not have any additional capacity to increase production.”

Europe is very divided on Russia now. EU is loosening sanction on Russia. More sanction loosening will come . More crude oil and gas will go to the market to dampen price and ultimately bringing down inflation which the West desperately wanted it to happen!

Russia sanctions have not shaken Moscow's resolve, despite the fact that Europe has already lost four governments due to economic and political crises, according to Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban on Saturday.

"The West's strategy is like a car with flat tires on all four wheels... The sanctions did not destabilize Moscow. World 3 largest oil producers siapa dia. If saudi has limited supply. US limited export mostly pun own used juga. Russia oil kena sanction. Mana nak dapat minyak. If you kira kira using calculator pun tau. No answer lah. World no 4 no 5 no 6 no 7 producers pun not much can produce also leh. China own usage pun tak cukup need to import alot some more. While a drop in oil price is certainly good news all round, expectation that it will return to mid tens would be misplaced. OFC, another lock-down like 1Q2020 might happen, it is a rather low probability event (except in China).
Do note that CPO has fallen back to near normal as well as most other commodities (including grains). Thus, going forward, pressure on food prices should be down rather than up. This would mean oil demand will return to an uptrend. Already at usd >80 is profitable, now at >100 (for next couple of years) is super profitable.
Current sentiment of demand destruction / recession (already in the west) could turn pretty fast to supply not meeting demand.
Supply not meeting demand has not gone away all this time and will remain so for next 3 years at least. In addition, this will be the first time that spare capacity will all be used up as illustrated by Saudi only able to increase CAPACITY (NOT production) to 13mbpd by 2027.
