Do they mean to renegotiate the SKIN project. Will have to wait for an announcement from Prestariang. In the mean time, we have to read between the statement & make our own interpretation before the coy make an announcement.

doesnt matter what we think, if ib want to jack up the stock, it d moved at least for one day/ few days, retail cannot move stock up, they can get crowded after it is up. i dont think ib is done yet .. see the volume...plus lge ended today with positive note. no news is good news.. lets go for rm1...if u dare. on 1 oct Gamuda dropped like hell just before this stock followed. Now gamuda got their contract back (with discount) but no effect on share price ...so

Since there are no solid statements from the parties, i guess some simple prediction won't hurt, not forecast since there are no facts to support. Skin is not significant enough to be mentioned in budget19 compares to mega projects if you take RM3.5bil divided by 12, which only start to pay after 3 years, it won't draw much attention for now, in terms of figure and the payment due date. And the new government has no intention to cut off all the undergo project, plenty of examples showing unless they are unnecessary or no room for negotiation. So, i think it won't be canceled, renegotiate maybe, even the worst scenario to predict (my prediction) they cut 50%, it's still benefits presbhd. One more thing is, take a look at the recent volume, it's under the radar of many traders, it's still a place for people to come and go, when you have some extra cash in hand and no place to put, selling pressure stop, volume raise, spotlight is on, i guess 0.8 to 1.0 is possible. Of cause it may goes another way round in short term if they plan to play somewhere else. Sounds legit? Just some unprofessional 2 cents.

Presbhd just been awarded contract by Ministry of education recently. If presbhd is being scrutinized by gov, this contract wiould not be awarded. If there were hanky panky in SKIN contract, they would hv been paid much early, why need to wait after 3yrs to get the payment from gov?obviousy they were not previous gov related company...
