So what, in future cannot built, already build cannot sell cause oversupply, all property price will come down, this will effect the profit margin. Alot of mall shop lot can't rent out. So you think will effect the share price.

Drop in price due to foreign fund selling not due to the company strength. Now the problem is can the local funds and people players have enough money to prop up local stocks. Earliest foreign funds return would be spring!!

Very weird.... mother price is 1.61 but the WB is 0.60 and conversion is 1.86 (totalling 2.46). my advice for those holding onto WB better sell fast otherwise it will end up like previous Ajiya WB, Pohuat_WB etc.

i think 150mil net profit for the quater and EPS :7.38cents is pretty decent.
Surely there will be a dividend to follow this QR.

if this can't spur this quote, then i dont know what can.
lets see if there is a frenzy at 9AM tomorrow.

双威有限公司（SUNWAY-WB）的新股权证“SUNWAY-WB”于10月6日在马来西亚证券交易所开始交易。这是向股东发行的红利认股权证。由于手中没钱，首日参考价格为0.5仙，但在首日交易时立即涨至30.5仙的限价。

SUNWAY-WB此后在60至73.5仙之间波动。 10月25日，收于66.5仙，母亲为1.68令吉。

SUNWAY-WB每10股持有3份权证，向股东免费发放。双威同时每三股发行红股四股。

这使得双威的流通股增至49.2亿股，而本次发行共发行了62997万股。

SUNWAY-WB的一个独特之处在于，行权价格每年将下调7仙，直至到期。目前的行使价格是RM1.86。

此后，手册将在发行之日起的每个周年日期以每年固定7仙的形式进行。到第七年底，SUNWAY-WB的行使价格将是1.44令吉。

双威集团是一家集房地产，建筑，医疗，贸易和制造，休闲，酒店，建筑材料和采石场业务于一体的综合性企业集团。

Sunway在其关于权证问题的通知中解释说，降低定价机制将鼓励长期持有，并提高信心和持续支持，因为在任期后期执行SUNWAY-WB更具吸引力。

降低定价机制阻碍了权证行权产生的股权立即摊薄。考虑到这一点，在任期结束时使用行使价格来评价SUNWAY-WB更为合适。

根据执行价格1.44令吉到期，SUNWAY-WB现在交易的溢价为25.3％，这对于持有7年任期的权证来说并不昂贵。

权证的隐含波动率也低于母公司的历史波动率，表明权证在理论上被低估。看好双威长期前景的投资者可以考虑换股，而不是持有母股。
