This counter will not have fund raising because Khazanah got no money lah. At this low interest environment, the banks are more than happy to rollover any debts at a lower interest rate if you have a strong major shareholder. Who can be stronger than the Govt.

Brent will be in the range of $56 to $60 and it will not give a positive sign to stock price. Factors depend on solid QR and market sentiment of bursa.
