The only reason for Felda to extend the offer period is to delay MGO payment to save some interest. They have gave up to delist FGV base on action they have done so far.

In fact, bursa should investigate Felda on their offer letter which mislead investors on their intention to delist the share. What have they done doesn’t make them acquired enough 90%, but keep publishing in the media about their intention of delisting as a main push factor.

In future, other stocks will use this case as a precedent to trick retail investors to force sales their shares at a big discount or any price due to ‘delisting’ that do not materialised. The losing end is always retail investors without sufficient knowledge.

Unfortunately if you actually go through the announcement document and do the maths, the numbers don't lie.

In future, maybe you can use this counter as a precedent for you to actually read the facts in released company announcements and digest them, maybe bring them here to discuss, instead of just spewing mindless conspiracy and trading on hope.

There's only about <5% chance that this delisting won't go through in March, and the outcome from this 5% chance if it happens is that FGV price will drop to below RM1 again.

For the last time, read the document ya. Don't say I didn't warn you ya.

Mikecyc will you say Felda settlers who bought the shares at RM4 plus a conman too? People deserve to get better price than what is being offered now. And I believe the fair price of FGV share is way above RM1.30 based on fundamental and palm oil price.
