OCK today is definitely more volatile than it was during early 2015 when I first bought.. but no worries, have to be steady like what zoom always said. Towards Wawasan 2020! Haha..

aidwiz bro, tak pe, dalam 3 tahun zoom berkecimpung dlm pasaran saham ni, sudah ada nampak satu revelation... iaitu peluang sentiasa ada punya. yg penting kena ada "training" kesabaran... sebagai contoh, OCK ini, zoom ada pegang masa ia RM1.xx... lepas korporat exercise, jatuh sampai 60sen... - masa itu lah peluang untuk masuk ... macam zlyc bro itu... pandai dia "timing".... tapi timing itu juga adalah double edged sword - ia boleh go two ways - so kena "ber hati-hati" kalau main trading... so far, paling "selamat" ialah main long term hehehe..

This is the additional info in regards to the Shares Placement Proposal posted on Bursa Malaysia on 8th June.
If u read carefully, the management is hinting tat it will be using RM48M of the funds raised from tis share placement for
buying companies/assets involved in telecom infrastructures in Indochina esp Vietnam.

aidwiz bro based on ock announcement the private share placement is fixed at RM0.82 per share. Logically this means strong support fixed at RM0.82 after this private placement. Yes EPS will be diluted, but not diluted gao gao as mentioned by Kana Miko. Take example 100 person sharing 100 apples now vs. 110 person sharing 100 apples after placement (10%). Looking back at ock's track history and performance, I myself believe ock can use this fund to turn it into profit. So the diluted EPS now is not deterring me because I know this company can further increase their recurring income in near future - higher EPS in future.

Looking forward to 2020 :)
