The myanmar project is to build a Full Turnkey Solutions - Telecom tower + with own power generator.
Some density place you can not just purchase a conventional diesel generator, you need to invest hybrid tower generator which is much more expensive.
For this case, OCK has purchase 80 eSites system for deployment across Myanmar, less CO2 emission and less hum noise which is the main complained/issue now in myanmar

Material need to buy in bulk and with lack of transport facility , you need to delivery to different site and before it was build. OCK is 3rd generation tower builder, they do not enjoy 100% high high population density places. You need to fulfill bunch of requirement, authority approval.
Don't forget June to October is the monsoon season, with high rainfall.

After it was build, test run 2month by Telenor before complete handle.
