Axiata recently bought additional 12.5% of edotco Myanmar at US35mil. edotco Myanmar had 1250 towers. OCK bought 100% of Seath at US50mil. Seath had 1938 towers throughout Vietnam.

So which a better buy? You decide.

(吉隆坡8日讯)OCK集团（OCK，0172，主板贸服股）积极进军亚洲市场，料区域的多项计划尘埃落定后，可为公司捎来稳健的经常性收入。

OCK集团今日召开股东特大，让股东表决收购在越南的东南亚电讯控股（SEATH）的议案。该公司指出，该议案在股东大力的支持下通过。

大会结束后，OCK集团管理层接受《东方財经》的访问时表示，股东们在会议上並无提出太多的问题，但对OCK集团这项收购计划寄予厚望。SEATH公司目前共有1968座电讯塔，分別出租给VNPT、Viettel及Mobi Fone。

OCK集团首席执行员叶伟奇表示，「目前，我们已经获得3000万美元银行的贷款融资，而剩余的2000万美元，將各自由OCK集团及CAPASIA电讯承担，分別为1200万美元和800万美元。」

他也冀望未来每年可在越南建设300至500座电讯塔。

提到公司未来的方针，公司掌舵人黄贞焜坦言，OCK集团未来將会致力於寻找亚洲其他国家的发展机会。另外，OCK集团將根据不同国家对电讯塔的条例，来制定打入当地市场的策略。

他举例，「在中国，要获得建设並拥有电讯塔的准证是近乎不可能的。而在印尼的7万座电讯塔当中，大约2万座电讯塔的维护工程，是由我们一手包办的。」

「在发展计划下，经常性收入將会逐年增长。而不难看出，待所有的发展计划落实后，我们將有稳健的固定收入。」

Last 4th qtrl, FY2015 have a one off revaluation investment property gain of 4.8m.
Most of the research report is misleading by putting higher PBT on next 4th qtrl, FY2016.

the prospectus released during this stock ipo date would have listed all the factors which would hav an influence on this stock..but it is only applicable if the nature of this stock has not changed..if the stock doing completely diff business now then its not applicable anymore..there is a section in bursa where u can retrieve the prospectus but u need to know the ipo date for this stock then only u can retrieve it using the date..
