zhungtze, to entitle for bonus share, you need to keep till Ex-Date which will announce later

Folks...today correction ya...healthy I supposed..
OCK called a AGM and EGM meeting on the 28th May 10am and 11am respectively.
AGM talks about the company annual ,p&l & what has been achieved last year etc, for listed company it will be conducted on a yearly basis for all shareholders.
EGM is extra ordinary meeting will be talking about the changes going forward as in the few proposals in the announcement earlier.
1) Transfer to Main Board
2) Bonus Issue 1 for every 2 lots
3) Private Placements to LTAT & ESOS. (Form of proxy)
EGM can be called anytime by a company for things that need to be addressed immediately for this case is same day after AGM.
Shareholders will need to vote agree or disagree to the proposals...only after that they will summarised and announced if approved or otherwise.

A company will have to announce a cut off date for Bonus Issue to the public, but by that time the
share price will be escalated by then.

OCK share will go up during these 3 big days.

1) Normally during the day of AGM and EGM, the share will go up
2) Bonus Ex date - go up even higher
3) Transfer to main board - more good news will announce. - up again.

You have 3 good reasons to buy more.
Hold and Don't sell or you will regret later.
