@trader168 : Not good to criticize other people. Criticize the stock or anything else. When people give opinion about the stock, it is their personal opinion about the stock and this forum talks about stocks. When you criticize about the " people " who criticize the stock, you are talking about people and restricting people's right to share what they think. They did not talk about you, why do you need to be talking about them? They talk about Dsonic, and it's not like Dsonic is run by your father why do you need to be attached emotionally towards it to an extent to talk about people?

Please note, that opinions are subjective. And even if I say I think Dsonic will bankrupt, that is still my personal opinion and I am not wrong about it, because I am stating what I think. Try to stick to the forum agenda, which is chats about counter. There is another forum to talk about people. It's called social media, FB for example is a good source.

Agreed on your statement that we shouldn't make this forum personal, we should discuss more on the Company/Counter.

One thing to add on, even personal opinion, it is always good to come with something to substantiate. Freedom of speech doesn't mean we can speak anything we want or we like.

i.e. dsonic will bankrupt, due to the continuous negative cash flow position? continuous loss making? Failed to collect from receivables? and etc.

Yes, by law. You an even argue this in court. Of course if the statement is defamatory, one can take action in court for defamatory allegations, but law of defamation is relatively difficult to prove in court and you need more than 2 instance of the defamatory statement being made, you also need to prove pre-reputation, and then you need to prove that the statement leads to a result that causes lost.

Freedom of speech, DOES mean we can speak anything we want, unless it is seditious in nature or may cause public nuisance/affecting the peace of the nation or community.

Let me illustrate a bit further for your kind comparison. You mentioned that freedom of speech does not mean we can say things we want like " Datasonic is going bankrupt " . Why? Because you know it is not true? Or because you don't like to hear it?

Contrast that with this " Datasonic just win all IIS project, all Ikad project and 5 other countries National ID project and TP is now RM28. Datasonic has just won a USD50billion contract. Is that statement ok to say? If you answered yes to it. Then what you really mean is, you don't want things to be said about the counter, which doesn't tickles your fancy about your attachment towards it. If you observed, many has said before ridiculous price target sometimes, limit ups tmrw, IIS is won by Dsonic confirm, confirm today limit up. Those are all things that aren't confirmed true as well. But because it doesn't hurt you or the counter you are having faith in, that statement should be given freedom to be expressed. But saying Dsonic will go bankrupt, should not be given freedom to expressed?

If you say, no its not ok to both, fairly, you have to also add in your note that we shall not say anything we cannot prove, including giving a TP, or contract which we have no prove yet they received. I saw a lot mentioned about Ikad. Following this direction, would appreciate the person who mentioned Dsonic already won Ikad to post up pictures of the LOA as proof too.

Sorry for the long post, but its required to illustrate my point. We cannot just restrict ppl from saying the things we don't want to hear about the company, but encourage ppl saying the things we want to hear about the company and call that freedom of speech.

My earlier post is merely to constraint people from ridiculing another person when others made their opinion about the current counter of their choice, which they don't like to hear. But what you don't like to hear, you can choose to ignore as much as what others want to say, they can say. Say anything regarding this counter. It's a Dsonic stock forum. It's not a human relation forum, other people forum, positive datasonic forum, anti negative dsonic forum. Anyone who loves to talk about other forumers here, can....FB, Lowyat forum, etc.

LOLL, relax bro, no one is opposing your view here. If you think you are correct, by all means, stick to your view. I'm not here to prove you wrong cause that will not earn me a penny. Yet that doesn't make a difference to me or the value of a Company.

Rm1 tp caller here. Not affected by any personal attacks at all.

If you ever notice, everytime after a big jump or before big fall, someone will come shout very high tp and confirm contract ect. These people didnt get attacked. Majority didnt get affected because low entry price. Newcomers are caught chasing high.
