ya, me too. wondering why so many still feeling excited to see bi and warrant. it's just eps dilution. If the company not using bi and warrant to raise fund, they can do it through bank loan etc., and that case they need to pay interest rate. It's just a different way to raise fund for more capital. As an investor, nothing much to care about on how the company raise fund. And seriously, there is zero benefit for existing investors vs future investors on bi or warrant etc. Well if talk about bi may move stock price upwards, that i got nothing to say. It's not always the case. take a look at huayang, mahsing etc., the stock price before and after ex date. (of course, i don't mean exact date, i mean a period of time say 1 month etc) i don't see much difference. For me, i don't like company to bother me for bi or warrant etc. since i need to deal with odd lots issue. I prefer PP or bank loan, so that they won't bother me and do their job quietly. Dividend is good, since it gives me cash to spend.
Mr fong7: sorry that I have different opinion from you. In fact I like right issue very much. Usually RI will be given almost 30% discount for the new share and I would apply lot of excess Right(unfortunately, only small portion would be allotted to me). Since I am invested in the company for long term with confident, why don't I invest more when 30% discount is offered.
In fact, I made good return from Mahsing mainly thru the past RIs.
Dear all, any idea of Matrix proposed acquisition of 5.76 acres of land at Puchong from IRDK Ventures with amount of RM95M. Matrix seems plan go to for high end project with price more than 900K per unit? Is it based on current market sediment its hard to get cheaper land to develop affordable properties? Please comment...
land price is high according to rhb report, much higher then mahsing bought it. However, it's not a "raw land", it's already started construction work. Wondering how that affects its cash flow, can dividend continue as usual? Dividend is a major reason i hold this stock.

Tambun announced good earnings... their stock is flying now... I expect similar good earnings news from Matrix... which is coming out 3rd week of May...
