opens flat, which is a good thing. since last Tuesday, it has opened at weakness. very low selling volume today... which could lead to positive close today...

if you buy matrix, you must learn to buy and forget, enjoy the dividend, do not look at the share price everyday because you will always find other people's wife is better. but who know......
think of the donation dato lee had made, then you know your money is in the safe hands.
why want to make money fast fast? most important don't lose money.
if you are young , you still got a lot of time to make money, if you are old, then money is not real for you (because you still got extra to invest)
after so many years in the share market, I feel it better to put the money in the safe and sure win MATRIX CONCEPT. of course , mean while you still can play 'ding-dong, ding-dong' to make your days more exciting.

new ruling in negeri sembilan properties:
1) bumi quote is up fr 30% to 50%
2) unsold bumi allocation wont be easily cancelled like last time, land office want it to stay infact
Stock affected: MAtrix concept, growth will taper. As of morning session it is up1c.

why? umno meeting maa.....do you think the malay want their properties become less marketable as they can only sell to the bumi. so I predict, as most of the cases, the story will end quitely after the meeting . moreover , these are expected risks, not a big task for the company to overcome. look at the spsetia drama you will "pang-sim" or "fong-sam" or "mei -keng-goa" or........

Not dividend alone, roic & enterprise value multiple , matrix concept still score the best. Don't you can check for your recommended counter and compare with matrix, another important factor is directors integrity, other than haio, matrix is second best . Invest in matrix you know very well you money is the safe hand with high potential growth.

Quarterly EPS 10.5 cts is actually quite good as it had diluted 33% because of the bonus issue 2:1. Taking average 10.5 x 4 qtrs = 42 cts EPS per annum. RM2.87 is just 6.8X PE. Tambun is about 10x PE. If taking 9X PE, it still has 80 cts upside potential. Really puzzled why it keeps dropping lately?
