I called to registrar just now regarding the warrant exercise price. They still don't know what is the revise exercise price. So have to wait for announcement in Bursa Malaysia.

I think it should be around RM 1.92 for new revise exercise price. RM 2.40 / 5 *4 = RM 1.92

Very clever company. The entire movement of Dividend, Bonus, ESOS and Warrants..... are given timing which will ensure that certain parties make a lot of money. Be careful of the big drop after warrants.

If you bought 4000unit@rm2.50 before bonus ex-date, you'll be eligible for extra 1000 shares with a total of 5000unit@current price after bonus ex-date.

If you mean those announcement of directors 'dealing with company share', it's just 'director getting more shares due to bonus issue'. Nothing special.

Still solid and decent result. Nothing to comment much and unbilled sales reached historical high at 1.1 billion.
