According to the article from newspaper, total revenue & profit per year improved. Unbill sales increased. Developing project value increased from 1.3 billion to 2.6 billion. 2019 total project value at 1.6 billion compare to 1.2 biliion in year 2018.

Price shall rise tomorrow...

Haiya, not need to worry la, their houses got high take up rate previously way before HSR. Even though is cancelled, but just shortwhile effect only, people will still buy the houses there, simply bcos it is cheap and affordable, somemo is a mature township. Lagipun, HSR ada benefit sama residents there meh, unless speculator who just buy in order to sell high.

matrix will suffer without the HSR. I see many houses put up for sale in Sendayan. Drove there to see houses because i thought they were cheap. but found out that sendayan was very close to kualiti alam waste management center, so decided not to buy there

In Negri where it is strongest, the Xiamen Varsity development is fairly priced and huge returns potential. Sendayan as well, the air force city. Heard it has also purchased land along the PD coastline for development, in areas like Pasir Panjang. Anyone can confirm?
