The sAAX stock already value pried at RM170 at current profits and info.. No good news expected this 2nd Q slow season...so, why lock up funds and call yrself as strategist waiting for long term when it will be lower than 1.50 incoming mths before ascending!

OPEC oil output cut didn't push the oil price up. Good news for AAX. Coming QR will continue to see massive profits as the air tickets remained high and the air traffic continue to surge higher towards pre-covid level. Which mean biz continue to be good in 2nd QR. PP is old news, already priced in previously. More funds, more planes with zero interest. The fact that AAX is going to fly higher due to almost zero debts, and yet highly profitable atleast for the rest of 2023.

The only thing that going to cause the share price to collapse would be taking over Capital A airlines biz along with their massive debts.

Talking about the restructuring, AAX would want to push the share price higher so that they won't need to issue so many shares to buy over the airlines from Capital A. Don't think Bursa would allow AAX to issue so many new shares in short time too.

Thats correct, ,they will try to push higher and higher so that the number of shares to be issued to Cap A would be lesser. Currently , the existing share base of AAX is 414m shares, to issue more than double of 414m would certainly face backlash form the existing shareholders of AAX.

Tony will save both. AAX will take over the airlines. But surely AAX will not able to save capital a alone by issuing new shares Capital A will need restructuring and new investment. Both AAX and capital A will continue to raise new funds. PP placement by AAX. capital A already secured usd100m for it's MRO biz. Never write off the Tony. He survived the toughest period.

Now then the PP has been approved by SC, the additional shares of 52 m subscribed by PP investors will be released to flood the market, hence a cascade of falls is expected anytime from now .... Mind you the PP issued price is RM 1.55, the instant gain for PP investors would be RM 0.30 at least ( as at point of this writing,the market price stands at RM1.86).

Though CAP-A is technically insolvent with - NTA RM 9b, both AAX and Cap A need to zeroise this -NTA. How much AAX is willing to assist financially remains to be seen. As said, the existing share capital of AAX is 414 m, any issuance of new shares of more than double 414m would receive backlash from the existing shareholders.

5 billions shares is equivalent to RM 9 b ( assuming issued price is 1.80 ). I doubt AAX would issue such a horrendous no. of shares and such would certainly be protested by the shareholders of AAX. Cap A shareholders are laughing at the sacrifices of the lamb offered by AAX
