The breakdown is more clear, in fact it is crystal clear in capitala:

Tp = 0.925 - (0.96 - 0.90) = 0.865
Pennant height = 0.90 - 0.96 = 0.06
Breakdown pt = 0.925 took place this morning.

Again, cut loss in both aax n capitala.

Wait for QR .. QR good , share price up , QR bad , share price down .. news can spur the price but will not sustain , only good fundamental will keep up the price .. AAX now enjoying lower cost and carry very least burden , no reason to have bad performance unless they still have bad debt/investment hiding somewhere that we don't know ..

Finnish airline Finnair swings to profit in Q2 as demand recovers

AAX daily chart has just formed a GOLDEN CROSS which is a bullish sign.

As of yesterday closing price, MA20 cross above MA50.

the 40 million comes from deferred tax.
Deferred tax is a fake asset.

so technically AAX is extremely insolvent.
But I believe BURSA will approve eventually despite fake asset thingy

=> its still scratching heads stage, technically AAX do not comply to PN17 lifting since its backed sic sic by fake asset deferred tax

AAX reports monthly announcement every month on 2nd or 3rd,nothing strange.While submitting this month's announcement,the upliftment still not approved,so they said still pending.Nothing wrong.Coming Q report will be more than enough for upliftment.

Already said pending, and the monthly update is done every month since last year.

Pending the decision from Bursa Securities on the application for the Proposed Relief & PN17 Upliftment, the Company had also vide the same application, applied to Bursa Securities for a further extension of time of three (3) months from 29 July 2023 to 28 October 2023 for the Company to submit a regularisation plan to the regulatory authorities in the event it does not receive Bursa Securities’ approval for the Proposed Relief & PN17 Upliftment.

As of 2 August 2023, Bursa Securities’ decision on the application for the Proposed Relief & PN17 Upliftment is pending. The Company shall make the necessary announcement(s) with regard to any material development thereof accordingly.

As per announcement , As of 2 August 2023, Bursa Securities’ decision on the application for the Proposed Relief & PN17 Upliftment is pending.

Based on the above, there is a possibility that AAX is not required to submit its own RP if the relief is finally granted by BURSA. It is a nail biting moment from now....

Why now AAX says BURSA is still considering their application for the said proposal ? who is telling the truth ?
