SeaDrill asset (RM10B+ ) from Sap is exactly like Velesto-----But if PNB merged both Units, Velesto
got to be Delisted bcoz most of SeaDrill asset are Idle now ( will draw massive Impairment loss to
combined Units ). Since half the World Jack-Up rigs are more than 30years, future is Bright for
this combined units in Long Run( 5--7 years timeline )
