Thank goodness Velesto bagged a US$38mil contract recently. I am trusting the management to be more aggressive to win more, especially from Petronas. If price of crude oil rises further, it will be a bonus for oil and gas counters. Wishing the best of luck to all.

Sapnrg rigs are not jack up, they are tender rigs. Tender rigs are not easy to get contracts cause it has to be installed on the platform itself and only certain platform can support that, unlike jack-ups which can be used on many types of platform.

Main question is whether there will be further impairment or reversal of impairment in this Q4.

2019 outlook is good for Velesto. expect rm50-60 mil net profit as all 6 naga rig is fully utilized. normally 4quarter is worst result as monsoon season but in view of 4Q still make profit. Velesto is recovered from ICU ward

yes. MPM / PETRONAS already instructed all oil operators to engage Naga and Sapura rig even little high cost / day rate. it means 2019 will be good year for sap and velesto
