After bonus issue, don't sell first , need to push up the price, if u sell after bonus issue, it's same no gain!!

the share has great potential. Hold it as long as you can. Why want to sell for short term gain? As said, those who bought before the last bonus, today making 70% gain, and this figure is still growing..
Karex is not going to stop there, cash rich company and high barrier entry for other competitor, they are in comfort zone to make more money by M&A

I believe this stock is just like TopGlove. It's for long term investment. It's better u dump the money in here instead of placing as FD.

if today you buy 2000 share of Karex @ $4.70, after bonus you get additional 1000 share. So initial total value was 2000x 4.70 = $9400 , after bonus you have 3000 share but the price will be adjusted to $9400/3000= $3.13
The share qty increased but at same time the share value after bonus will become $3.13

In my layman's view, the share price becomes lower, more people can afford to buy, making the shares more liquid, which may chase up the price further.. so gain-gain! Or am I being naive?

It's true when u can buy lower after dividen. But, you also have more share on hands. Share will generally soared after dividen. Best is buy before bonus issue.

for every 1 cent difference, u need to pay 0.5 cents extra X 3,000 shares.

you will get 850 shares. Now, your total should be (1700 / 2) * 3 = 2550 shares. But you will have odd lots of 50. :( Either you buy 50 odd shares or sell it.
