1 obm condom can earn about rm2
karex production is 5 billion and 7% is obm. so 4.65billion oem and 350million obm production
so it about rm1 billion sale and if profit margin is about 24% then it is about rm258 million or rm0.2571

average pe of rubber industrial about 20.47 (i believe it is overvalued pe as last year latex price is dropping and goreng rubber industrial and export counter, but this year latex price is rebounce, ringgit is rebounce)
forward pe 20 = rm5.142
margin of safety 50% = rm2.571

extra info
latex price increase from RM3.28 (4/1/16) to RM4.90 (22/4/16). about 49.39% increased.

i owned no share of karex.

there is 49.75% male and 50.25% female
mainly 20-64 age male using condom. some <20 and >65 use condom too, so make it 60%
7.2b x 60% x 49.75% = 2,149,200,000
if 50% male cant get papapa partner or prefer condom free papapa= 1,074,600,000

there is 13 times a year female can get pregnant in a year, each time about 3-5 days.
so 13 x 5 = 65 times papapa need birth control

@littlelolita according to kinsey institute, 18-29 year old have $ex an average of 112 times a year, 30-39 year old have $ex an average of 86 times a year, 40-49 yeas old have $ex an average of 69 times a year.

btw condom not only for birth control, it also prevent hiv. so number of $ex is more relevant.

Honestly, I don't even care about the price. Karex need to do expansion, spend more on CAPEX, improve business. We will talk about share price later. Their business is fantastic and they need to keep that up. If got right issue, for sure will subscribe. I urge the management to spend more, expand faster.

When we are young we bought this stock and when we are old we still holding this stock. Soon or later Karex will become old man stock or blue chip stock.
