Price of good durians normally quite steady and tends to go up any time. Sometimes some greedy eaters overbought, guess too hungry, and later found that couldn't consume them in a short time, so forced to sell at discounted price.

Hard to predict the "U" turn huh. The durian sharks (new species found feeding on durians) are very tricky as controllers of the durian price.
