I have been buying from 15 Jan @3.11 until last monday @ 2.46, average 2.55.... If you buy now, it is still lower than my cost!

The cost of new IOI city mall is around 0.1 billion. Now, the new mall building almost done and they are going to handover to all tenants for renovation. The cost of company will be reduced a lots and eps will be improved accordingly from next quarterly report in end of August later. Watch out !!!

　IOI房產今日向馬證交所報備，李深靜與兩名兒子，拿督李耀祖及李耀昇，在7月25日透過Vertical Capacity在公開市場，收購IOI房產230萬股，但並無闡明收購價。

　李耀祖直接持股增至0.13%，至于李耀昇則直接持股0.06%。

Just initiated position @ RM 2.49 in IOIPG as downside is very limited. Possibility of trend reversal is good at current price levels and entry at current price level will give an investor a very good margin of safety!
