every week go to see they sales office at Bandar puteri, because I stay there. so far less than 50% have be book for new project.
I say booking instead of sales is because no 100% buyer will get approver from bank loan.

I bought 5 lots at RM 3.10 on first day of IPO, after that keep dropped. I sold at RM 2.66 and use the capital buy CMSB after knew that CMSB gave bonus share and share split.
Yesterday, CMSB had helped me gain back the IOIPG loss.
I wish all the best to those who still hold tight IOIPG.
