Going for Bplant plantations business is a very foolish move no experienced planters would want to acquire it's plantations for RM1.55 a share simple bcoz it's trees are very old trees 🌴 and need huge amount of money for replanting. Some people may be interested in its other assets maybe and this is best described as ahead of fundamentals and if falls into wrong hands can be equally suey !

Answer already out in the open according to LTAT's Letter to Bplant

Ltat will take the place of Klk and offer to take Bplant private at Rm1.55

Funds will come from Bank loans of Rm2 Billions with guarantee by Govt
Only thing left to do is waiting for good news

Looks like strong funds are buying at Rm1.45

And at Rm1.55 there is 10 sen profit translating to a 6 month yield of 6.8%
Annualised 13.6%

Retail investors might not like this

However, Big Fund Managers who give out 5% to 6% dividend a year from their Funds will be delighted as their jobs made easy

Those who sold. What will they do? Sitting on FD a year at 3% interest?

Or go chasing hot air balloon 🎈 stocks

Be careful. Can suddenly crash without warnings like AAX or Widad

Bplant is pure fixed deposits play & not palmoil play loh!

If u want fixed deposits of at least 12% to 20% pa.....over a period of less than 6 mths with relatively risk free.....bplant is the one loh!

In terms of palmoil play exposure they are many many more palmoil co trading at much more attractive valuation with good dividend yield mah!

One of Raider favorite is Taann loh!

Btw 12 to 20 % pa returns is not that great. If you put your money in SKB Shuttles a month ago you would probably got 100% returns but I am not asking anyone to buy now 🤣🤣

Once official offers out price will cross Rm1.50 again

If all accept then Rm1.55 will be the limit

If LTAT still unable to get 90% + to trigger compulsory takeover then we might see a revised higher offer like TheStore, Sindora or Tmakmur

@ OnTime Tsh don't need to wait for the white knight to come , its value will climb steadily to at least 1.80 after 3 years better returns than Bplant as sure as the sun rises from the east if not throw me in the snakes infested bp estates 😄😄
