I will sell Bplant as soon as the ex date is given. By then it should be around 1.51 to 1.53 . I will forgo the 3 sen and buy back some undervalued plantation stocks !

since last qtr result of Edaran shows actual profit from Revenue is about 5% the maximum translated profit is only 9 sen per share

to chase it up by up to 30 sen Mr Market is overbullish and overpaying in euphoria

just like Rubhd only 2% razor thin profit chased up in a frenzy now people are going crazy
many will get hurt later as fundamental is not there

Here we will be safe in 🌴🌴🌴

and only 5% can make money in stock market eventually while 95% are historically proven to have lost money

Hi guys

we bought Bplant at 57 sen and Jtiasa at 63 sen and Tsh resources at Rm

while Bplant surged to Rm1.47 and Jtiasa to 93.5 sen Tsh resources languished at 97.5 sen

So since we love bargains we sold some bplant and Jtiasa and switched more to laggard Tsh today

We love bargains

now that both Bplant and Jtiasa are up and Tsh still at 97.5 sen it offers a huge bargain opportunity

The whole process is expected to be very short ie within 1 month period.
The takeover offer documents will be posted to you within 21 days from 10/11/2023.
Once you received the documents , sign the acceptance form and have it returned. You will be paid in full within 10 days from receiving your acceptance form.

Yesterday Forms of Acceptance are finally out

Those who wish can now fill in the forms and you will get Rm1.55 per share in full

Those who will not do anything can wait for 60 more days to see if LTAT gets more than 90% of Bplant shares

If so your shares will be acquired compulsorily by law and you will get paid Rm1.55 per share without need to fill in any form

However, if after 60 days LTAT still fail to get more than 90% then they could offer a higher price for remaining ones to entice them to take up the final offer
