T4 means Transaction + 4 days, meaning to say, u bought shares today, tomoro T+1, mon T+2, tues T+3, come wed it's T+4; u must pay b4 12.30 the shares u bought; if u don't your remisier will force sell the shares u bought (but not picked up by u) after 2.30 pm, latest by 3.30 pm to 4 pm.

Sasbadi has 50% dividend policy compare with PPG(2 sen every year). No announcement of director selling from Sasbadi since IPO unlike PPG which has moved from 40sen level.
