PNS is selling again, they continue to reduce their stake since IPO.
According to their Directors they have faith and confident with the
company but they continue reduce their stake till now 7%.

press release. But Syed has resigned since 30 Aug 2016 and i think

It is ok, the block has been sold to Major shareholder William. Maybe they have some prior arrangment with him. As long as William is buying then the company is fine.
